Verity Vista
Booking and Session Policy

1. Booking
All sessions must be booked in advance. Your session is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email with the date and time.

2. Payment
Payment is due upon arrival at the session by cash, Venmo or PayPal, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with your photographer.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment using the link in your confirmation email. Within 24 hours, please contact your photographer directly. Life happens and accidents occur, so please communicate as soon as possible if changes are needed.

4. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. Sessions begin as scheduled. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a reduction in price.

5. Weather
For outdoor sessions, weather conditions will be monitored. If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, the session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

6. Creative Style
By booking with Verity Vista, you acknowledge and trust the photographer's creative style and editing choices. Image delivery and editing details are provided by your photographer.

7. Retouching and Image Limitations
When photographing young children or group sessions, natural expressions may vary, and occasional closed eyes can occur. While advanced edits such as eye correction are sometimes possible, they require significant manual work and are not included in standard editing. These services may be available for an additional fee upon request. Every effort will be made to capture optimal expressions; however, no guarantees can be made due to real-life shooting conditions, time concerns and limited on-camera preview.

Verity Vista does not digitally alter a client's physical appearance. Minor adjustments such as basic skin softening may be applied at the photographer's discretion, but no further body or facial modifications will be made.

8. Usage and Copyright
Verity Vista owns the copyright to all images from the session. Clients receive a personal-use license. Images may not be altered or used for commercial purposes without written permission from Verity Vista. Verity Vista may use images for its portfolio, website and social media unless you decline promotional use when booking or request otherwise in writing before the session.

9. Liability
Verity Vista is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, equipment failure or other unforeseen events. In such situations, a reschedule or refund will be offered at the discretion of Verity Vista.

Verity Vista reserves the right to refuse or terminate service in cases of unsafe, inappropriate or disrespectful behavior. If service is refused or terminated under these conditions, any payment already made will be non-refundable.

10. About Verity Vista
Verity Vista provides the booking platform only. Your agreement is with Verity Vista, an independent platform. Verity Vista is not a party to this agreement, does not provide the photography services, and holds no rights to the images.

11. Agreement
Booking a session with Verity Vista indicates that you have read, understood and agreed to this policy.
